Regarding theSolid-State Memory Camcorder "PXW-Z450" that were upgraded to the software released on June 11, it was found that the camcorder may unintentionally shut itself off when using some connected devices.

We stopped supplying the software when we confirmed the symptom, but the countermeasure software is ready, so we will start supplying it.
For customers who have already upgraded to the applicable software version(V5.00), please upgrade to this latest version(V5.01).

The applicable products are with the system software version "Ver.5.00" or earlier
(Please visit the download page and refer to the PDF file in "PXW-Z450_Z580_Ver-UpGuide(V5.01).zip" to check the version of the system software installed in your product.)
After updating, the system software version will be "Ver.5.01"
